Is weight-management care only about medication?
No. Medication is one possible part of care. The Core plan includes pharmacist review and patient support, and a clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate after assessment.
Do I need to know which medicine is right for me?
No. You can read about Mounjaro, Wegovy and the semaglutide tablet before you begin, but a prescriber considers your health, medicines and history before deciding whether any treatment may be appropriate.
What happens after I submit my information?
A clinician reviews your answers. They may ask for more information or evidence, recommend a different next step, or discuss treatment if it is appropriate. Submitting information is not a prescribing decision.
